the state of New Mexico as a limited liability company
offering quality surveying and engineering services.
We are licensed to practice engineering in New Mexico with our engineering license in Colorado pending. We are also licensed to practice surveying in New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Utah and Oklahoma.

Company Experience
MSE has a long history of providing quality engineering and surveying services throughout New Mexico. MSE also has the in-house capability to provide both design and construction surveying.
The types of projects prepared by MSE staff include subdivision design, roadway design, drainage and grading plans, topography and cross sections for drainage studies, boundary surveys, preparation of legal descriptions, right-of-way mapping, construction staking, easement surveys and expert witness testimony.
