    Surveying Experience:

    Mr. Morris offers 24 years of experience in all phases of surveying work, including: boundary surveys, subdivision platting, land divisions, ground control for photogrammetric mapping, cadastral surveys, water rights mapping, construction staking, field topographic/planimetric/utility mapping, easement surveys, legal descriptions, and more.

    Mr. Morris has been surveying throughout northern New Mexico for the past 23 years and has been performing professional surveys for submittal and approval within numerous counties throughout New Mexico. Many of these surveys have included dealing with water rights issues and surveying along existing rivers including the Pecos, Rio Grande, Mora and Nambe. Rectangular Survey System sectional subdivision breakdown and retracement surveys have also been performed extensively by Mr. Morris.  Research, field work, computations, drafting, legal descriptions and reports have all been provided by Mr. Morris throughout his career.

    Mr. Morris has presented numerous seminars including Working with Legal Descriptions, Surveying for Lawyers – 2000 Real Estate Institute, Drafting and Drawing Legal Descriptions and Reviewing Surveys and Practical Real Estate Title Skills in New Mexico. He has also participated in other seminars including: Subdivision of Sections & Controlling Intermediate Monuments, Survey Boundary Law, Land Grants of New Mexico and Public Land Survey Systems.
    Engineering Experience:

    Mr. Morris offers 24 years of experience in all phases of civil engineering and surveying. Mr. Morris has performed civil engineering within numerous counties throughout New Mexico.  These projects have included roadway plan & profile, parking lot design, drainage and erosion control, terrain management, site grading, utility extension and construction administration.  

    He is proficient in all research, fieldwork, computations, drafting, right of way mapping, legal descriptions and construction observation and methods. He has provided these services to both public and private sector clients.  His approach to solving problems has been welcomed and provided positive results for the completion of the project.
